Randy'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Grease and flour 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Cream eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
    Fold in lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream, then add sugar and whipping cream; beat.
    Cook 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 275\u00b0 and cook for 40 minutes.
    Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven for at least 1 hour.
