Egg Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 eggs (hard-boiled)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green olives, sliced
1/4 c. red onion (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and mash eggs, using a fork or potato masher.
Add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
Chill before serving. Spread on your favorite bread for a great sandwich.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
