Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut and pounded
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. water
    2 onions, chopped fine
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour and salt.
    Brown in skillet with hot oil. Add water and onion.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
