Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. sliced onions
    1 can chicken or mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, onions and carrots in salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Save 1/2 cup of liquid.
    Combine soup, sour cream, oleo and liquid.
    Make stuffing; place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine vegetables and soup mixture; then place on top of stuffing.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
