Beef, Potato, Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    sliced potatoes
    sliced onions
    garlic spread (seasoning by McCormick)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. wine
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Alternate layers of beef, potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper each layer.
    In a bowl mix the milk, mushroom soup and wine.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
