Grandma Phillips' Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 jar jelly ro jam of your choice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients quickly.
    Spread thinly on a greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes until just golden brown around the edges.
