Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs, beaten
12 oz. corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine, melted
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in an 11 x 8-inch pan.
Drain broccoli well. Mix all ingredients together well and pour into the well-greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
