Do Ahead Freezer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Shape into 2 dozen meatballs.
    Place in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Package and freeze for future use.
