Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    12 slices bacon
    3 large onions
    3/4 c. pure cider vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
    9 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Cut bacon fine and fry.
    Brown onion in fat and add vinegar, water, salt and pepper.
    Allow to boil, then add potatoes and parsley.
    Heat thoroughly and serve.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
