Kevin'S Peach Pie-Cream Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (reserve syrup)
3 Tbsp. reserved syrup
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Grease bottom and sides of a 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed the flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, oleo and milk.
Pour into pie pan.
Drain the peaches and set aside.
Place peaches on top of the mixture in pie pan.
Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach syrup. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon over peaches, forming it up into about 1/2-inch from edge of pan.
Mix together the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
