Veal Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cutlets
    1 c. sliced onion
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place 1 to 2 cups flour with salt and pepper in a bag.
    Cube veal and add to flour mixture.
    Shake to coat meat, then brown in lightly greased pan.
    Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
