Aunt Arpie'S Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cabbage
pickling salt
sugar
cider vinegar
boiling water
2 tsp. pickling salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Pour boiling water over and seal.
Store in a cool, dark place.
Set
jars
on
newspaper because they might work loose. They will seal themselves back.
