Chicken Albergetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (27 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Italian bread crumbs or white bread
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions. Set aside.
Pound chicken breasts flat.
Dip breasts in water, shake off, then place in bread crumbs to coat.
Brown both sides in frying pan with oil. Remove and set aside. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, chicken and spaghetti sauce.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Delicious!
