Shannon'S Chicken And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can or jar mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut up
    garlic salt to taste
    1 can golden mushroom soup (not cream of mushroom)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly browned.
    Add cut-up chicken and saute until white (about 3 minutes).
    Add garlic salt and soup.
    Stir in 1/2 can of water.
    Simmer about 2 minutes. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or baked potato.
