Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream together sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Blend these two mixtures together and mix well.
Then add apples.
Add nuts.
Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Remove from pan in about 15 minutes.
Can be frozen.
A very moist cake!!
