Mushrooms On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 bay leaf
    1 onion
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 to 1/2 c. bouillon
    2 small soft tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. sherry or Madeira wine
Preparation
    Saute 1
    onion
    and
    mushrooms in butter for a few minutes. Add
    flour,
    parsley,
    bay
    leaf,
    nutmeg, bouillon and tomatoes; cook until onion and mushrooms are tender (about 15 minutes).
    Add sherry
    and
    serve garnished with parsley over toast.
