Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper flakes
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Reserve 1 cup pecans.
Mix remaining ingredients and roll into ball.
Roll cheese ball in reserved nuts.
Best if chilled overnight.
