Tin Roof Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 c. cornflakes
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    chocolate syrup
    chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Mix well and press firmly on bottom and sides of a buttered 9-inch
    pie
    plate.
    Spread ice cream over crust.
    Cover and freeze
    overnight
    or
    until firm to serve.
    Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with peanuts. Makes 1 pie.
