Ingredients

1/2 c. cholesterol-free margarine
1/4 c. sugar (yes, it's allowed)
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter (grind your own)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg or substitute
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Chill for 2 hours.
Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Press down with a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Yields 32 cookies.
