Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together butter or margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Shape 1 teaspoon of dough into small ball. Roll in mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Yield: 5 dozen.
