4 tsp. cinnamon
6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
12 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 box Egg Beaters or 4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
8 Tbsp. raisins
1 c. grated carrots
1 can pumpkin
Preparation

Spray 24 muffin tins.
Fill 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
