Fruit Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped dates
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Stir in milk and remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered cups or a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into center of custard comes out clean.
    Serve hot with lemon sauce or very cold with hot butter sauce.
