Brazilian Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1 c. honey
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    In a separate bowl, sift flour, cinnamon and baking powder together.
    Mix dry ingredients into batter alternately with combined milk and honey (beginning and ending with flour mixture).
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold gently into batter.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until done. Serves 8 to 10.
