Sweet 'N Spicy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 onions, sliced
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 c. raisins
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Render small amount of fat from pork chops in heavy skillet. Brown pork chops.
    Remove from pan.
    Add onions and cook until soft.
    Return chops
    to pan with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook until chops are tender, about 30 minutes.
