Chocolate Yogurt Creme Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 1/3 c. 2% milk
    2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    fresh sliced raspberries or strawberries
    low-fat (light) Cool Whip
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin. Gradually stir in milk; let set 10 minutes.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil and gelatin dissolves.
    Stir in yogurt and vanilla; blend until combined.
    Pour into dessert dishes.
    Chill until set, approximately 6 hours.
    Top with Cool Whip and fruit.
    Makes 8 servings.
