Stuff 'N Such Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
pimento (optional)
1 c. water
2 c. chicken chunks, cooked
1/4 c. milk
parsley (optional)
Preparation

Place stuffing crumbs in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine water, butter and contents of seasoning packet in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Pour over crumb mixture; mix well.
Press some of the stuffing up along sides of casserole to create a hollow in the center.
Arrange chicken chunks in hollow area.
Blend soup and milk; pour over chicken.
May be garnished with chopped pimento and fresh parsley, if desired.
Cover and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 6.
