Stagecoach Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine salad dressing and egg; set aside.
    Rinse chicken in icy cold water and drain well.
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
    Dip in salad dressing-egg mixture.
    Roll in cornflakes.
    Arrange chicken pieces in foil-lined broiler pan.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
    Yields 4 servings.
