Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer or 8 or 9 pieces skinned chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put flour and seasoning in large bag.
    Coat all chicken pieces. In a large baking pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine and 2 tablespoons of Wesson or Crisco oil.
    Put chicken in pan and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn chicken over and bake 30 more minutes.
