Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
4 c. cooked cornbread
3 slices wheat bread
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cover chicken with water in large pot and boil until done. Remove from bone and cut in bite size chunks.
Crumble cornbread and wheat bread together.
Add other ingredients to bread mixture including the chicken.
Mix all of this together using the broth from cooking the chicken.
Mix well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until brown.
