Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. molasses
    1 egg, beaten with fork
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, brown sugar and oil.
    Take out 1/2 cup for crumbs.
    Mix remainder of crumbs with molasses, egg, hot water and baking soda.
    Pour into crust.
    Add 1/2 cup crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
