Crusty Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen white bread dough
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
    Cover.
    Let stand on floured surface at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Save 1 tablespoon egg for glaze.
    Combine remainder of eggs and remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
    Shape meat mixture into a 9 x 4-inch loaf and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Drain.
    Press dough onto bottom of greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Place meat loaf in center of dough. Fold dough ends over loaf. Brush with reserved egg. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bread dough browns.
