Liz'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. strawberry jello
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, drained or fresh strawberries, sliced
Preparation

Mix sugar, cheese and vanilla until creamy. Add Cool Whip and sprinkle jello over it and blend well. Drain juice from berries and fold in. Pour into crusts. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 2 (9-inch) pies or 3 graham cracker pies.
