Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. finely chopped apples
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. ground pecans
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. ground black walnuts
Preparation
    Combine
    oil and sugar; mix well.
    Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add
    to
    mixture
    half at a time.
    Beat well, about 5 or 10 minutes.
    Add
    apples, nuts and flavoring; mix well.
    Bake in 9 x 14-inch
    pan
    at
    325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
