Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. soda
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
Add flour, soda and spices.
Add apples, nuts and raisins; beat well.
Pour into a large round cake pan (Bundt pan) which has been greased and floured.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
