Crabmeat Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 count) pkg. small party rolls (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 (6 oz.) can white crabmeat, drained
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    sliced ripe olives, cut in half (optional)
    parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Scoop out center of each roll with melon baller.
    Set rolls aside.
    Combine crabmeat and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Spoon about 2 teaspoons crabmeat mixture into each roll.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with ripe olives and parsley sprigs.
    Yields 40 appetizers.
