Beef 'N Tater Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. sliced or shredded carrots
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 deep dish pie shell
    8 oz. frozen shredded deep fried potatoes, thawed
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat, carrots, mushrooms and onion.
    Add soup to meat and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Arrange potatoes evenly over top.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serves 6.
    Can be frozen.
