Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baked potatoes
    8 slices bacon
    1 c. lite sour cream
    1/2 c. reduced-fat milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    8 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Set aside. Scoop flesh of potatoes into a large bowl. Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt and pepper, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 of green onion. Mix with mixer until well blended and creamy. Butter the bottom of a baking dish and spoon mixture in potato. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, green onions and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
