Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine milk, water and vanilla.
Mix egg yolks and sugar; beat well.
Pour milk mixture over egg mixture; continue to beat. Pour into a heavy pot; bring to a boil.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
