Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. flavoring
1/2 c. coconut
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Heat 2 cups milk on simmer while mixing egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk.
Mix well, add to milk, stir constantly.
When thick, add flavoring, coconut and margarine; cook until blended.
Place in cooked pie shell, add meringue, bake about 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until meringue is browned to your liking.
