4 lb. beef short ribs, cut into pieces
1/3 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place beef ribs in shallow dish.
Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.
Spread over beef.
Top with onions; cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally, for 24 hours.
