Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. sharp cheese
Preparation

Blanch peppers after tops and seeds are removed.
Cook beef and onions until browned.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, rice and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until rice is tender.
Stuff peppers. Lay cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
