Caesar Salad For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
3 anchovy fillets
1 coddled egg
1/2 lemon
1/4 c. olive oil (preferably extra-virgin)
1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar (Italy; do not substitute)
2 to 3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese (hard Italian)
1 large head romaine lettuce *
1/2 c. croutons **
Preparation

*Wash and dry.
Roll in paper towels and refrigerate.
Tear when ready to use.
