Alexander'S Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. scallops
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Rinse scallops; saute scallops and onion in margarine and wine until scallops become white and fluffy looking.
    Add mushrooms; sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
    Add soup; pour in baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling and cheese is melted.
