Chicken Kim - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
2 to 2 1/2 c. herb stuffing
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover chicken with cheese.
Mix soup with water and spread over cheese. Combine herb stuffing with melted butter, mix with fork until stuffing is saturated with butter.
Spread on top of soup.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, covered.
Remove cover last 15 to 20 minutes.
