Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 lb. pork sausage (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix well; shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven on unbuttered baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
Yields approximately 6 dozen.
