Cindy'S Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco mix
1 (.4 oz.) original Ranch dressing mix
4 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saut onions in oil. Add beef and stir until browned. Add seasonings and remaining ingredients. After soup begins to cook, simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with nacho chips, grated cheese and sour cream. Yield: 1 gallon.
