No Fuss Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or 13 oz. regular or 2% milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    A blender works best.
    Blend for 30 seconds. If not using a blender, beat eggs well, then add other ingredients.
    Mix well; pour into pie plate.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pie is done if knife comes out clean when inserted.
    Pie rises, but will fall and settle as it cools to form a light crust.
    Very good.
