Chicken Vesubio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, cut into halves
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/4 c. Chablis
    4 or 5 whole potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
Preparation
    Roll chicken in the flour mixture of thyme, oregano, garlic and basil. Fry chicken and potatoes in butter. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and Chablis.
    Reduce liquid, then add chicken and potatoes.
    Add a touch of brown sauce, then simmer for a few minutes. Add Parmesan cheese.
