Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken fillets (about 2 lb.)
8 tsp. chopped parsley
8 thin slices (4 oz.) part skim Mozzarella cheese
4 thin slices (4 oz.) boiled ham, cut into halves
1 Tbsp. low calorie, low-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. warm water
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Pound fillets until thin.
Lay out flat and sprinkle with parsley.
Top each fillet with a slice of cheese, then half slice of ham.
Roll up tightly.
Stir together mayonnaise and water in a shallow dish.
Roll each chicken fillet in the mayonnaise mixture, then in bread crumbs.
