Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Preparation

Cook until thick.
Cool and then pour over potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, onions and celery seed and mix well.
